Trevor gained 17 years’ experience within the biotech and pharmaceutical sector following his PhD. He began his commercial career in marketing as a Product Manager and subsequently rose to board level within multiple organizations, latterly as CEO of a pharmaceutical testing company.
Following an extensive re-training period with Dale Carnegie, Trevor changed career path to become a training facilitator. Over the past 6 years, he has designed and delivered training to several multi-national organizations across Europe and the Middle East. In addition to his own course material, Trevor is also accredited to facilitate programs by Franklin Covey and is a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
Chris has a background in the IT sector where he has held board level positions in 3 UK software development and ICT companies. Chris held positions in Business Development, Marketing and Customer Support.
Chris has a 25 year track record in the design and delivery of workshops, seminars and training programs. He is currently delivering workshops for the Business Wales Superfast program on digital marketing areas.
As a highly competent Culture & Communications Specialist Eddie has worked with Senior International Managers on a one to one and group basis helping them integrate with various Business Cultures. Eddie has led a global roll out of a retail excellence programs to over 45 countries for the world’s leading travel retailer. He has also developed a global associate network of over 80 associates.
