The period shown on your order. The end date is in our e-mail. When the plan ends, is cancelled or a payment fails, the plugin stops until you renew, and downloads stop with it.

Yes. Your plan renews by itself with the card you used at checkout, every month or every year. We email you before the renewal date (monthly plans: 7 and 3 days before; yearly plans: 30, 10 and 3 days before). You do not need to do anything to keep your plugin working.

Open the My downloads page, sign in with your e-mail code and press Manage my plan next to the plan. It opens a secure billing page where you can update your card, cancel or resume your plan and see your payments. If you cancel, the plugin keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

We email you, and our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, tries the payment again a few times. The plugin keeps working for 3 more days. Open the My downloads page and press Update my card next to the plan. When the payment goes through, everything continues; if it comes after the plugin stopped, the plugin works again.

The plugin stops working and we email you. To use it again, choose a new plan in our store.

Invoice (PDF) is the official tax invoice from our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. You type the details you want printed on it, and you can make a new one any time. Order summary (PDF) is our own summary of your purchase for your records. It is not a tax invoice.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. Your card statement shows LEMSQZY* ASASEEYAT.

Yes. Every WordPress plugin and software subscription has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Python script packs and other downloads are refunded within 14 days if they do not work as described. Read the Refund Policy for details. To ask, use our Contact us page and send your order number and the email you used for the purchase. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. This depends on your bank, but it is usually within 8 to 10 business days. If you have not received it, please contact your bank.

The Asaseeyat LMS Translator comes free with the Asaseeyat Translator, and the Asaseeyat Trainer comes free with the Asaseeyat Bot. They are add-ons for websites that have an LMS such as LearnDash. One license key covers both the plugin and its add-on, on one website. The My downloads page shows both downloads, and you install the ones you need.

Windows 10 or Windows 11. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are needed only to open and convert Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. An internet connection is needed for the first activation and for the regular licence check.

Exact look keeps every page identical to the PDF, including right-to-left text: the design of the page is kept as a picture and every line is real, editable text placed where it was. Editable makes a flowing Word document that is easier to restructure, but the design may change a little.

Yes. Right-to-left text is placed on the right side of its paragraph and keeps its letter joining, in the editor and when converting to Word.

Yes. Open Tools, then Settings, then Licence and choose Deactivate on the old computer, then activate the key on the new one. If the old computer is not available, contact us.

No. Your file changes only when you save it. Asaseeyat DocStudio can keep a backup copy before it saves over a file.

Check the internet connection and that the whole key was pasted. One licence is for one computer; if it is already used on another computer, deactivate it there first.

Microsoft Office must be installed on the computer, and the file must not be open in another window.

This is a safety check. Install Asaseeyat DocStudio again from the original download; your settings and licence are kept.

If a PDF uses a font that is not installed on your computer, Word uses a similar font; every line keeps the same width. Pages of scanned documents stay pictures because they contain no real text.
