اتفاقية الترخيص

تشرح هذه الاتفاقية ما يمكنك فعله مع البرنامج الذي تشتريه من خدمات أساسية ("نحن"، "لنا").

1. ما الذي تشتريه

When you buy a product you receive access to the product files, updates and support for the period shown on your order (for example 1 month or 12 months), and a license key where the product uses one.

2. إضافات ووردبريس

The code of our WordPress plugins is released under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, as stated in each plugin. You may use, study and change the code under that license.

Your plan gives you access to the plugin, new versions and support for the period you bought. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel. When a plan ends, is cancelled or a payment fails (a failed payment gets 3 days of grace), the plugin stops working on your site until the plan is active again. Your data and settings are kept.

You may use the scripts or the program for your own personal or business work, on your own computers, for the period of the license.

4. مسؤولياتك

احتفظ بروابط التنزيل ومفتاح الترخيص الخاص بك سريًا.
استخدم المنتجات فقط مع الملفات والمواقع والحسابات التي تمتلكها أو لديك إذن لاستخدامها.
اتبع شروط خدمات الطرف الثالث التي تتصل بها، مثل خدمات الاستضافة والدفع والرسائل والترجمة.
احتفظ بنسخة احتياطية قبل تشغيل أي أداة تغير موقعك أو ملفاتك. تظهر أدواتنا معاينة كلما كان ذلك ممكنًا.

5. التحديثات والدعم

نهدف إلى الحفاظ على عمل كل منتج مع الإصدارات الحالية من ووردبريس، وحيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا، LearnDash وWooCommerce. يتم تقديم الدعم من خلال صفحة الاتصال الخاصة بنا، باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية. نرد خلال يومي عمل.

6. لا ضمان للنتائج

We work hard to make our products reliable. Software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage. Our total responsibility for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the last 12 months.

7. إنهاء الترخيص

You may stop using a product at any time. We may end a license if the terms are broken, for example if a key is shared publicly. If we end a license without a breach by you, we refund the unused part of the period.

8. التغييرات والقانون

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الاتفاقية للمنتجات الجديدة أو القوانين الجديدة؛ النسخة الموجودة على هذه الصفحة تنطبق على المشتريات الجديدة. تنطبق أيضًا الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية، بما في ذلك بند القانون الحاكم في الشروط.
