30-day money-back guarantee

Every WordPress plugin and software subscription sold on this website comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason, although we would like to hear what went wrong so we can improve the product.

Python script packs and other downloads

Downloadable script packs can be copied once downloaded. We refund them within 14 days of purchase if the pack does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, or if you have not downloaded it.

Renewals

Yearly licenses and subscriptions renew only when you choose to renew. We send a reminder before the end date. If a renewal payment is taken and you did not want it, ask for a refund within 7 days of that payment.

How to ask for a refund

Open our contact page and send us your order number and the email used for the purchase.
We reply within two business days.
The money goes back to the payment method you used. Banks and card companies may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to your license

After a refund the license key is deactivated. Please remove the product from your websites or computers.

Not covered

Custom work and consulting services, which are agreed separately in writing.
Third-party products or services connected to our products, such as translation or messaging services that you pay for directly.

Problems with a payment

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us first. We can solve most payment problems within a day.
