License Agreement

This agreement explains what you may do with the software you buy from Asaseeyat Consulting Services (“we”, “us”).

1. What you buy

When you buy a product you receive access to the product files, updates and support for the period shown on your order (for example 1 month or 12 months), and a license key where the product uses one.

2. WordPress plugins

  • The code of our WordPress plugins is released under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, as stated in each plugin. You may use, study and change the code under that license.
  • A purchase covers one website unless the product page says otherwise. You may move the plugin to another website after you remove it from the first one.
  • Your plan gives you access to new versions and support for the period you bought. When the period ends the plugin keeps working on your site, but new versions and support stop until you renew.

3. Python scripts and desktop software

  • You may use the scripts or the program for your own personal or business work, on your own computers, for the period of the license.
  • You may not resell, share, publish or sublicense the scripts or the program, or offer them as part of a product for sale.
  • Each script or program includes its own license text, which applies together with this agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your download links and any license key private.
  • Use the products only with files, websites and accounts that you own or have permission to use.
  • Follow the terms of the third-party services you connect, such as hosting, payment, messaging and translation providers.
  • Keep a backup before you run any tool that changes your website or files. Our tools show a preview wherever possible.

5. Updates and support

We aim to keep each product working with current versions of WordPress and, where relevant, LearnDash and WooCommerce. Support is given through our contact page, in English and Arabic. We reply within two business days.

6. No guarantee of results

We work hard to make our products reliable. Software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage. Our total responsibility for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the last 12 months.

7. Ending the license

You may stop using a product at any time. We may end a license if the terms are broken, for example if a key is shared publicly. If we end a license without a breach by you, we refund the unused part of the period.

8. Changes and law

We may update this agreement for new products or new laws; the version on this page applies to new purchases. Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply, including the governing-law clause in the Terms.
