Where do I find my download?
On the order confirmation page, in your email and in My account under Downloads.
My payment went through but I did not get my files.
Check your spam folder, then open My account > Downloads. If they are not there, contact us with your order number and we send them the same day.
How do I move a plugin to another website?
Install it on the new site and remove it from the old one. Your plan covers one website unless the product page says otherwise.
What do I get when my license period ends?
The product keeps working, but updates and support stop until you renew. We send a reminder before the end.
Do you support Arabic and right-to-left websites?
Yes. Our products are built for English and Arabic sites, and we answer in both languages.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days. See the refund policy.
